Position: PRODUCT TEHCNOLOGY TEAM, Photo ENGINEER

Location:COVINGTON, GA

JOBSUMMARY

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ManageLithography and Photo Resistbasedon theunderstanding ofphysics andoptics
  • Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting andattainperformancetarget
  • DOE (Design of experiment) and optimize the Exposure and Photo Resist Condition
  • Participate cross-organizational team of engineers toidentifyroot cause and failureanalysis
  • Operateprocess management based on customerspecification
  • Support standardization of recipesandestablishSOPsthrough concreteengineering
  • Perform statistical process control tasksthrough the use ofstatisticaltools

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or Master'sdegree in one of the following disciplines:Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines
  • Experience with module processessuch asdeposition, lithography, dry etch,plasma drill and thin films andmetrology
  • Familiar with semiconductor integration processes
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal, andstrongcommunicationskillsarerequired
  • Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications
  • semi-conductor fabrication experience or education isrequired

QUALITIFICATION:

  • Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meetingcommitments
  • Ability to learn and pick upnew technologiesveryquickly
  • Highly motivated, driven & hardworking

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but notrequired

SALARY:

  • $70,000 - $80,000
