Position: PRODUCT TEHCNOLOGY TEAM, Photo ENGINEER

JOBSUMMARY
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ManageLithography and Photo Resistbasedon theunderstanding ofphysics andoptics
- Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting andattainperformancetarget
- DOE (Design of experiment) and optimize the Exposure and Photo Resist Condition
- Participate cross-organizational team of engineers toidentifyroot cause and failureanalysis
- Operateprocess management based on customerspecification
- Support standardization of recipesandestablishSOPsthrough concreteengineering
- Perform statistical process control tasksthrough the use ofstatisticaltools
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master'sdegree in one of the following disciplines:Optic, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines
- Experience with module processessuch asdeposition, lithography, dry etch,plasma drill and thin films andmetrology
- Familiar with semiconductor integration processes
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, andstrongcommunicationskillsarerequired
- Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications
- semi-conductor fabrication experience or education isrequired
QUALITIFICATION:
- Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meetingcommitments
- Ability to learn and pick upnew technologiesveryquickly
- Highly motivated, driven & hardworking
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Quick Etching preferred but notrequired
