At Charm Dental, our call center team is the first voice patients hear and the first smile they feel (even through the phone). You’re not just answering calls you’re helping people get out of pain, regain confidence, and sometimes even overcome their fear of the dentist.
No pressure just changing lives one call at a time.
Your Daily Superpowers Will Include: • Answering incoming calls from patients who need appointments, help, or reassurance
• Scheduling patients and helping them find appointment times that actually work for them
• Guiding new patients through their first visit so they feel excited (not nervous)
• Responding to texts, voicemails, and online appointment requests
• Helping patients understand next steps after treatment or procedures
• Being the calm, friendly voice when someone calls with a dental emergency
• Communicating with our office teams to keep schedules running smoothly
• Celebrating when patients say “Thank you for helping me!”
What We’re Looking For: • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask without panic
• Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Dental experience preferred but not required (we train the right people)
