Builtechis currently seeking aProject Engineerready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute new or updated drawings and specifications.
- Research drawing interpretations, problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors.
- Research,transmitand monitor RFI's.
- Prepare andmonitora submittal login accordance withthe project schedule and specifications.
- Attend and document project meetings.
- Manage the close-out process.
- Assistwith change order documentation and compilation.
- Support onsite safety programs tomaintaina safejobsiteper the requirements of OSHA and theBuiltechSafety Plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree is preferred but notrequired(preferably in Construction Management orEngineering)

- Knowledge andproficiencyin the following computer software systems: MS Office, MS Project andpreferably, Procore
- Leadership skillsincludingself-awareness, time management, positivity, assertiveness, delegation,negotiation, and organization
- Willingness to travel to job sites (locally or nationally) as needed
- Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
- The ability to constantlyoperatea computer and other office productivity machinery, such ascomputer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers
- The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment
- Valid driver?s license

Compensation: $75,000-90,000+++
