Position:Sr Process Engineer

Location: Waukegan, IL 60087
I am looking for a Senior Process Engineer with 10+ years of experience for a long-term, 24+ month project in Waukegan, IL.
This is a hands-on role supporting API / drug substance process equipment from design and specification through procurement, installation, commissioning, and startup.
QUALIFICATIONS Needed
- Experience with Reactors, vessels, tanks, mixers, pumps, filtration, and heat exchangers
- PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, datasheets, and URS documents
- Vendor design reviews and FAT/SAT
- Equipment installation, field support, commissioning, and startup
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, API, drug substance, or specialty chemical manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline required.
