Landscape Install Crew Leader

Timberline Landscapes is hiring an experienced Install Crew Leader to manage and develop a field crew, oversee on-site install operations, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires leadership, technical skill, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and train install crew members on-site
• Plan daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain high-quality standards
• Operate landscaping and construction equipment safely
• Maintain job site organization, equipment, and materials
• Communicate daily with the operations team
• Enter accurate data, timesheets, and project documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years landscaping experience
• 1+ years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of hardscaping, irrigation, and LED lighting
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
