Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client, an established organization in the North Canton area, is seeking a results-driven Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to support corporate and operational hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive recruiter who enjoys taking ownership of searches, partnering with hiring managers, and finding creative solutions to staffing challenges.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and pre-employment processing.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Post positions, review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
- Proactively source candidates and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Prepare and extend offers and coordinate background checks and drug screenings.
- Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Deliver a professional, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- One to two years of high-volume, metrics-driven recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
