ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Low-Voltage Technician, you’ll work hands-on with our installation team to deliver professional, detail-driven outdoor lighting and audio projects for residential and commercial clients.

This is a physically active, outdoor role that requires focus, urgency, and attention to detail. Experience is helpful but not required we provide structured training, defined installation systems, and a clear advancement

This is not a clock-in-and-coast position. Reliability and performance matter here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Install and service custom outdoor lighting systems
• Install outdoor audio systems and permanent lighting products
• Assist with seasonal lighting installations
• Follow defined installation standards, checklists, and documentation protocols
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Interact professionally with residential and commercial clients
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet project timelines

COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT

We believe in paying professionals fairly and providing a clear path to grow.

• Starting pay ranges from $20–$26/hour, based on experience, work ethic, and skill level. Experienced installers and crew leads may start higher based on experience and leadership ability.
• Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, reliability, and craftsmanship not just time served. As you grow in skill, ownership, and leadership, your compensation grows with you.
• High performers can advance into higher technician levels and Crew Lead roles with increased responsibility and pay.
• We operate with clear standards and clear feedback. You will always know where you stand and what it takes to move forward.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Applicants must report to our Lafayette headquarters. Job sites vary by project.
