RBT Full-time Sign on Bonus $500

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we’re also offering a$500 sign-on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:*

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportationto get to clients’ homes
• High school diploma or equivalent(college is a plus, but not required!)
• Must be18 or older
• Ability topass a background check
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
