ABOUT THE JOB

Crew Members play a critical role in bringing our Vision and Mission to life. Here are some of the things that you will do each day:

• Smile and engage with every Customer in a friendly manner while utilizing verbal, audio, and visual cues to identify opportunities to elevate their experience.
• Add value to each Customer’s visit by prepping vehicles to be washed, helping to dry vehicle exteriors by hand in the vacuum lot, and remaining generally helpful along the way.
• Enthusiastically promote our products, services, membership plans, brand, promotions, and free amenities at every opportunity through natural conversation with each Customer.
• Help maintain our sky-high standards by keeping all areas of the Site clean, organized, stocked, and working properly while supporting with completing basic equipment maintenance as trained.
• Support Customers with managing their memberships, answering questions about our services, and partnering with other Crew for help with resolving concerns in a timely manner.
• Follow all processes, procedures, routines, and standards while maintaining constant awareness of surroundings to ensure safe navigation throughout the Site by Customers and Crew alike.

Working at a car wash also means that you’ll have to be comfortable with:

• Getting your hands dirty
• A high probability of getting wet
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and cold
• Being on your feet for extended periods of time while remaining active and engaged
• Lifting heavy objects (up to 25 lbs.) unassisted
• Working in a loud and fast-paced environment
