Customer Service Representative The Glass Guru North Fort Worth
You'll be our frontline in North Fort Worthhandling calls, voicemails, and web leads while partnering with field techs to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Beyond phones, you'll optimize scheduling, verify orders, and shape daily process improvements where your ideas land instantly. With a clear growth runway, this isn't just a jobit's your launchpad.
The Glass Guru North Fort Worth is a growing local business now in our second year, providing glass products and services to North Fort Worth and the surrounding area.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Location: In-office, with occasional hybrid flexibility
Roles & Responsibilities: Customer Communication
- Answer inbound calls and respond to voicemails, answering-service messages, and inbound emails
- Greet customers and visitors to the showroom
- Screen incoming leads and quote products by phone
Scheduling & Order Support
- Schedule estimate and installation appointments for techs and customers
- Assist Estimators with follow-up on pending sales and quotes
- Check order confirmations from fabricators/vendors for accuracy
- Troubleshoot field issues alongside the GM, vendors, and techs
Office Operations
- File daily work orders and estimates
- Order office/shop supplies and keep the space organized
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able pass initial background check and drug test
Preferred Skills:- 1+ yr phone-based customer service or dispatch experience.
- Excellent communications skills
- Automation savvy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
