Sales Professional - Window Genie

Starting Pay: $20/hour + Commission + Benefits

Earning Potential: $65,000+ per year

Are you outgoing, competitive, and comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations?

Window Genie of Lexington is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial business throughout Central Kentucky.

This is not a sit-at-your-desk-and-wait-for-leads sales job. You'll actively build relationships with property managers, facility managers, apartment communities, businesses, schools, and other commercial customers.

We'll give you the training, sales system, CRM, and support. Your job is to make connections, build relationships, and create new business.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective commercial customers
• Visit local businesses and introduce Window Genie
• Build relationships with commercial decision makers
• Schedule and conduct meetings and property walkthroughs
• Prepare estimates and follow up until you get an answer
• Attend networking and community events
• Grow existing accounts with additional and recurring services
• Keep your opportunities and follow-ups organized in our sales system

You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who:

• Loves talking to people
• Isn't afraid to pick up the phone
• Is confident walking into a business and introducing themselves
• Is organized and follows through
• Is competitive and motivated by earning more
• Can work independently without needing constant direction
• Wants to build a career, not just find another job

Sales, hospitality, restaurant management, property management, home services, recruiting, or other customer-facing experience is a plus.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $20/hour

Plus a strong commission plan designed to reward growth, including:

• Up to 20% commission on new business
• Commission for growing existing customer relationships
• Ongoing commission opportunities from recurring business
• Bonuses and additional incentives

A successful salesperson should have a clear path to $65,000+ per year, with additional upside as their book of business grows.
