Job Overview:

This role is responsible for executing daily dispatch operations, including order scheduling, driver coordination, and delivery management, while ensuring high customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include The Following:

· Take customer orders, schedule deliveries, and dispatch drivers.

· Maintain accurate and timely order entry.

· Monitor delivery execution and adjust schedules.

· Coordinate with plants, drivers, and internal teams.

· Monitor external factors to optimize routing.

· Resolve transportation conflicts and customer issues.

· Maintain communication with stakeholders.

· Apply problem-solving skills to operational challenges.

· Handle high call volumes professionally.

· Follow company safety policies.

· Perform other duties as required.
