PrimaryDuties–
This position will primarily be responsible for field management at production, disposal wells, pipelines and reuse facilities throughout Texas and New Mexico specifically related to onsite equipment repairs and preventative maintenance and chemical treatment quality control / water sampling while being the face of the company out in the field addressing any customer questions or concerns.
Additional dutiesinclude:
  • Ability to learn and understand chemical treatment and water testing techniques and be able to communicate issues and ask questions.
  • Perform well location inspections that include water sample and testing, thieving and gauging tanks and gauging pumps to confirm operation is sound.
  • Preserve regular communication with Field Coordinators and Account Managers to report field problems, safety hazards or quality control issues.
  • Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot field equipment that supports our chemical treatment programs and includes tasks such as performing preventative maintenance on pumps, properly labeling tanks and managing customer requirements onsite.
  • Utilizeatabletfore-ticketingviaourfieldsoftwaresystem forallservicevisitsand spot checking previous chemical usage.
  • Perform periodic mechanical inspections related to truck and company equipment to ensure both are safe and are always in operable condition.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, guidelines and procedures that include but are not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE/safety gear while out in the field, staying current on safety techniques, being proactive to improve field skills and recognizing and avoiding safety hazards.
  • Keep equipment, tools and property in good order and utilize only for customer use that includes field equipment/tools, computers, tablets and trucks.
Minimum Requirements – What We Are Looking For!
  • Field experience in pump repairs and preventative maintenance, specifically related to chemical treatment.
  • (HUGEPLUS)Previous experience in specialty chemicals related to oilfield applications specifically related to water treatment and chemical properties.
  • Abilitytolift/carryover 50poundschesthigh andpassapre-employmentdrugtest andphysicalexam.
