Customer Service Representative – Ternio Surgical

Ternio Surgical is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers throughout the repair and service process for surgical equipment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, coordinating repair orders, and ensuring a smooth, responsive experience from initial contact through equipment return. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer satisfaction are top priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Process and track repair orders, quotes, and shipments from intake to completion
• Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to provide accurate status updates to customers
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/order management systems
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and order documentation as needed
• Build strong customer relationships to support repeat business and satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical device, healthcare, or technical repair environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable with regular local driving/deliveries as part of daily duties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of orders/inquiries
• A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills
