Job Title: Sr. Field Service Technician

Location: DFW Airport,Texas, 75261
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
The Deskside Support team is initiating a comprehensive computer refresh project to replace aging devices approaching endoflife. This initiative is essential to ensure continued operational stability, security compliance, and improved enduser productivity across the organization. Adding this resource is a costeffective and necessary measure to ensure the successful and timely execution of the computer refresh project without compromising service levels or operational stability.
This role requires a solid understanding of computer hardware and Windows systems, along with handson experience setting up desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals. Strong customer service, reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deployments are essential, as is the ability to lift and move equipment
