JOB SUMMARY:
Must be located in DFW Area:The Wellness Advocate is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving employee wellness engagement while delivering advanced analytics, reporting, and performance measurement to leadership.
This position serves as both:
Avisible wellness champion and educatorfor employees across worksites, and
Atrusted data advisor and strategistfor executive leadership, HR, Benefits, and organizational stakeholders.
Analyze health, engagement, financial, and outcomes data from multiple sources.
Develop statistical reports, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations.
Track utilization, cost trends, engagement levels, savings, and outcome metrics.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive performance measurement framework, including:
Support leadership in interpreting results and identifying trends.
Provide data-driven recommendations for immediate, mid-range, and long-term decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Project & Systems Skills

Experience & Education
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Data/Financial Technology, Employee Benefits Management, Accounting, HRIS, or related field.
