Pay rate: $68,000 - $109,000 Annually + Benefits
Job Description:
In this role,you’llhelp run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
- Performingfieldservicetasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity inservicecategories and products for which they are certified to perform.
- Preparing material lists needed forserviceactivity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality forserviceactivities.
- Acting as trainer when needed, forfieldserviceassociates and customers.
- Responsibilities also include performing commissioning/start-upservices, troubleshooting/repairservices, and preventative maintenance on measurement and analytical equipment.
Qualificationsfor the role:
- Bachelor's or Technical Degree with 2+ YearsorAssociate's Degree/High School Diploma with 5+ years of relative experience
- Strong technical background with technical skills in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive, and unplanned maintenance of analytical products including but not limited to continuous gas analyzers and gas chromatographs
- Ability to build strong customer relationships, to work effectively with minimum supervision, demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and be customerserviceoriented
- Strong Computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time, as required. Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid passport and driver's license
