We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a healthcare organization in Pennsylvania and provide hands-on support across day-to-day human resources operations. This fully onsite opportunity is a Contract to Permanent position suited for someone who brings sound judgment, strong organization, and a detail-oriented approach to employee support and hiring activities. The role will contribute to onboarding, compliance, recruiting coordination, and HR administration while helping maintain a positive and efficient employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage core HR administrative tasks, including employee documentation, record maintenance, and support for routine personnel processes.

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring required paperwork, eligibility verification, and orientation steps are completed accurately and on time.

• Support recruitment efforts for direct support roles and help move candidates through the hiring process efficiently.

• Assist with compliance-related activities by tracking required clearances, screenings, and training completion for employees.

• Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees and provide guidance on policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.

• Help administer benefits and HRIS-related processes, maintaining accurate employee data across internal systems.

• Partner with leadership and staff to address employee questions and provide responsive support on general HR matters.

• Use Microsoft Office and internal platforms to prepare reports, organize information, and maintain orderly HR workflows.

• Prior experience in human resources support, HR administration, or a generalist-level HR role.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, employee records management, and I-9 compliance procedures.
• Ability to assist with recruiting activities and communicate effectively with candidates and employees.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications and learning internal HR, payroll, and training systems.
• Detail-oriented demeanor, sound judgment, and a coachable approach to working in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with employee relations, benefits support, or HRIS processes is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
