Account Manager (Sales)

We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. We need someone who can master our systems, resolve customer issues, and build relationships. What You'll Do

• Become a problem-solver:You'll be the go-to person for our customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing top-notch support via phone and email.
• Master our technology:You'll use our system to document and manage customer interactions, and you'll become an expert on our products and services.
• Build relationships:You?ll develop rapport with clients and help them navigate their needs, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  

What We're Looking For

• Tech competence:You're comfortable and quick with computers and new software.
• Drive and work ethic:You're self-motivated and don't need constant supervision. You're ready to put in the effort to succeed.
• Strong communication skills:You can clearly and professionally convey information, both in writing and on the phone.
• Experience:You have a background in customer service, retail, sales, or a similar field. If you?ve worked as a bank teller or were a motivated college student, you likely have the foundational skills we're looking for.

Location: Melbourne, Florida

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (onsite)

Pay: First year reps typically average $50,000-$60,000
