No CNC experience? We’ll train the right person. Start with easier jobs and established setups, then progress into machine setup, troubleshooting, and potentially advanced CNC programming.

Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience and skillBonus: Quarterly performance bonuses recent bonuses have been very strong

• Learn and operate CNC tool-grinding machines
• Run established jobs and progress into machine setup
• Inspect precision tools and make machine adjustments
• Work on a variety of custom jobs rather than repetitive production
• Build your skills toward advanced setup and CNC programming

• Strong basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and dependable work habits
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• CNC or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
