Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced glaziers for a commercial project in Lakeland, FL
PAY:$27–$30 per hour, based on experience
HOURS:7:00 AM – 3:300 PM
SCHEDULE:Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
START DATE:ASAP
DURATION:4+ months
Job Responsibilities:
- Install commercial windows and glass according to project specifications.
- Lift, carry, and safely set 50–100 lb windows and glass.
- Set and install windows, sliders, and glass systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine glass size, shape, color, and thickness.
- Perform professional perimeter bead caulking and sealant work.
- Caulk perimeter joints around installed windows and glass.
- Install moldings and other components related to glass installation.
- Clean and maintain the work area after installation.
- Ensure all work meets professional quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- PriorGlazier or Carpentry experiencerequired.
- Commercial window installation experience preferred.
- Must have experiencelifting, handling, and setting 50–100 lb windows/glass.
- Must know how to properlyset glass and perform caulking.
- Experience installing and setting windows and sliders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce professional-quality work.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Must have standard glazier's hand tools.

- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
