Position Summary
As a Collision Estimator, you'll be a key member of our Collision Center team, helping customers through the repair process while working closely with insurance companies and technicians. Your expertise and customer-first approach will contribute directly to our reputation for quality, customer satisfaction, and continued growth.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
  • Identify both visible and hidden damage.
  • Utilize industry-standard estimating software.
  • Communicate repair procedures and costs with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians.
  • Coordinate repairs to ensure an efficient and timely repair process.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and customers.
  • Stay current with evolving vehicle technology, repair methods, and industry standards through ongoing training.
  • Comply with all applicable state laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of1 year of experiencein a fast-paced collision repair facility.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, structural repairs, vehicle systems, and estimating practices.
  • Experience with collision estimating software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
