Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials, skincare treatments and other services within scope of licensure.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized consultation before each treatment.
• Maintain a calm, clean, luxurious, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Recommend appropriate products and treatments based on guests? skincare needs.
• Deliver consistently high-quality service while respecting guest privacy and comfort.
• Maintain professional knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and hospitality standards.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk, spa team, management, and other hospitality departments.
• Assist with maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and overall spa presentation.
• Support the property?s guest-service standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Encourage repeat visits and build strong guest relationships through attentive, personalized service.
