Retail Medical Equipment store seeking organized, hardworking, and looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference? We are looking for a motivated individual and willing to learn to join our retail team. You will be helping patients and customers navigate their medical equipment needs with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Support: Assist customers with the selection and ordering of medical equipment, specifically specializing in ostomy and urinary supplies.
- Tech Management: Use our internal software systems to manage inventory, process orders, and handle billing accurately.
- Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming environment, answering questions via phone and in-person with empathy and professionalism. Calling on hospitals, SNF, ALF, and medical facilities
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on new products and medical software updates (we provide the training!).
What We’re Looking For
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’ll be handling specific medical prescriptions and supplies where accuracy matters.
- Tech-Comfortable: You don’t need to be a programmer, but you should navigate software with ease and enjoy learning new tools.
- Compassionate Communicator: You are comfortable discussing sensitive medical needs with patients in a respectful, discreet manner.
- Reliable: Available to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays.
