Coffman Services is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with construction, remodeling, property improvement, and maintenance projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow instructions, and works well as part of a team.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily project tasks
- Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials
- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and other general labor duties
- Use basic hand and power tools safely
- Help with remodeling, painting, fencing, landscaping, and other property-improvement projects
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads
- Observe company policies and job-site safety procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements - Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is helpful
