Step into a hands-on production role
Picture the start of your shift at 5:45 AM: work instructions in hand, tools at the ready, and a clear build plan. You’ll move from bench to bench assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products. With each unit, you’ll fit, align, adjust, and calibrate parts so they meet quality and performance targets, and you’ll inspect and repair units that do not meet specifications before they leave your station.
What your day looks like
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Fit, align, adjust, and calibrate parts to meet quality and performance standards.
- Inspect and repair units that do not meet specifications.
- Follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines at every step.
- Maintain quality standards and production requirements.
Compensation & hours
- Pay: $18/hour
- Shift: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM (occasional overtime until 3:00 PM)
- Schedule: Possible weekend OT depending on Business needs.
What you’ll bring
- No previous experience required; training provided.
- Capable of following detailed instructions and established processes.
- Basic mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong reliability and willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
