Pay: Average hourly rate of $18.03 per hour

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at arm's length on a continual basis
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
Position Summary
The Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce quality parts in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and operate laser cutting machines
- Program and optimize laser cutting processes
- Select and adjust materials as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Knowledge of manufacturing and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
