Compensation:

$15 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure each guest receives personalized and attentive service, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, ensuring a seamless presentation.
  • Promptly address guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating a proactive approach to service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Assist in the breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces, ensuring a smooth transition between events.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued and attended to.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to set up and maintain banquet spaces, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Proven track record of effectively addressing guest inquiries and requests with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in service areas, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Experience in assisting with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces, ensuring smooth transitions between events.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of food and beverages.
