As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play an important role in helping residents improve and maintain their communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities.

Responsibilities may include:

• Evaluate residents' speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing abilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs

• Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor progress

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and progress

• Help residents achieve the highest possible level of independence and quality of life

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• CPR certification

• At least one year of SLP experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and committed to providing high-quality resident care

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
