We are searching for Production Associate I to join the Cadence team! As a Production Associate, you will assemble and test products, maintain accurate records and documentation, and performing inspections on products.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a desire to learn. The following qualifications/experience set is also helpful:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and understand process documents.
- Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment.
- Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment, MIM (Metal Injection experience is preferred.
- Good hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, unassisted.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
