Superior Energy Solutions has been serving customers across Maine and New Hampshire for more than 30 years. As our commercial service operation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician who wants competitive pay, dependable year-round work, and a company that invests in its technicians.

You'll work on a variety of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, handling service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs throughout the region. This is a field-based role with the independence to manage your work while having an experienced team available when you need technical support.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify equipment problems and determine effective repair solutions
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Complete service documentation and digital work orders
• Maintain quality, safety, and professional standards on every job
• Work independently while communicating with dispatch and the service team

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience; 5+ preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital work orders
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, self-motivated approach to field service

Pay, Flexibility & Support

• $30–$50/hour, based on experience, certifications, and skill level
• Take-home company vehicle in select service areas
• Home dispatch available in Augusta, Portland, and Brunswick
• Flexible scheduling
