Project Coordinator
Location: Middletown, CT (Hybrid)

Typical job duties include:
- Work closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers & Operational Support
- Work under the direction of a Project Manager
- Provide administrative support during retail installations, including generating internal tasks for team members, requests for shipping, procurement, and manufacturing.
- Review reports and follow up internally and with partner vendors on open items to ensure open items are completed.
- Generate work orders for install vendors
- Schedule vendors
- Support directed by the Project Manager in other project and internal database-related tasks
- Work with vendors to coordinate troubleshooting on site installations.
- Audit of internal database
- Maintain database
- Travel to clients as needed, approximately 10% on average
