Customer Relations Advocate

Picture your day starting with customer conversations about recent sales and promotions, then moving into coordinating installation details and keeping communication lines clear and professional. As a Customer Relations Advocate, you’ll safeguard strong relationships, resolving claims and complaints fairly and effectively in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

• Respond to inquiries tied to sales, sales promotions, installations, and general communications.
• Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns with accuracy and care.
• Investigate and resolve claims and complaints in line with consumer law requirements.
• Develop organization-wide initiatives that proactively inform and educate customers.
• Translate survey feedback into actionable improvement plans that elevate the customer experience.

You’ll operate within a structured environment with clearly defined procedures, tasks, and guidelines to support sound decisions. The role calls for a solid grasp of routine workflows in your discipline. Technical procedures are well established, and while the work follows set methods, you’ll navigate a variety of recurring work routines.
