Bilingual Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative

AHI Supply is opening a new location in Leander, TX, and we're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales / Counter Sales Representative to join our team.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Applicants must be able to speak and understand Spanish to effectively assist customers and communicate with team members.

This is a hands-on customer service and sales support position. You'll work directly with customers at the counter and by phone while coordinating with our warehouse and dispatch teams to make sure orders are entered accurately and completed on time.

What You'll Do

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers at the counter and by phone.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch to keep orders moving.
• Review orders for accuracy before fulfillment.
• Communicate order updates and changes to customers.
• Assist with customer pickups and will-call orders.
• Maintain accurate sales and order documentation.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Support the Internal Sales Supervisor and other members of the sales team.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required. Must be able to speak and understand Spanish.
• Customer service, counter sales, inside sales, or construction materials experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Professional, positive, and comfortable working directly with customers.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays: 6:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
