Packaging Associate

Prismier is growing, and we're looking for aPackaging Associate to join our shop team!

This is a greatentry-level opportunity for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and likes staying busy. You don't need years of manufacturing experience we're looking for someone with a great attitude who is willing to learn and take pride in doing things the right way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pack and unpack manufactured parts for inspection, shipment, and production
• Prepare and package parts to make sure they arrive safely to our customers
• Load and unload boxes, parts, and incoming/outgoing shipments
• Perform basic visual quality checks before parts are shipped
• Help with light assembly and other production tasks as needed
• Keep packaging materials and supplies stocked and organized
• Pitch in where needed to help keep the shop moving

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable: you show up and your team can count on you
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
