Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leadsand find new prospects through various methods, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Consult with clientsto understand their unique insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Quote and bind policiesusing our agency management systems and carrier portals.
- Maintain strong relationshipswith existing clients to ensure high retention rates and foster referral opportunities.
- Stay up-to-dateon industry trends, product changes, and new regulations.
- Meet or exceedmonthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer servicethroughout the entire sales and policy lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licenseis required.
- Proven track recordof success in a sales role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.*Strong ability to multi-taskand manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM Systemsand agency management systems - We use EPIC management system.
- Self-motivated and goal-orientedwith a positive attitude.
