Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $22.72–$23.29 per hour
- Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotation
- Overtime: As required
What You’ll Tackle
- Run production equipment at or above target metrics for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune machine components to correct issues
- Propose creative fixes that reduce downtime and stabilize output
- Coach junior operators and share safe work practices
- Complete accurate shift reports (crew time, machine time, quantity)
- Inspect product, recognize nonconforming conditions, and adjust to eliminate defects
- Uphold housekeeping, standard work, and all safety procedures
- Take on additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing/industrial settings operating production equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards
Physical Demands & Environment
- Standing and walking continuously; frequent hand/arm use
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching; stair climbing as needed
- Frequent bending at the waist/hips
- Lift/move: up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reach frequently away from body; reach overhead at times
- Maintain pace with a conveyor-driven process
- Work in varying temperature conditions
- 12-hour rotating schedule
