AMP, LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Supportive Care Companion to join their team in Monroe, WI. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in a home care setting
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation as needed
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience In-Home Supportive care, caregiving, or a related healthcare support role preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state caregiving requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home setting
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- CNA, not required but encouraged to apply
