At CBL, Accounts Receivable Analysts:
- Learn the basics of Mall Retail Operations
- Process payments received from CBL regional and local retailers.
- Troubleshoot tenant AR issues/concerns.
- Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, etc. as related to tenant disputes.
- Exercise flexibility by supporting other functional areas such as Lease Operations and Lease Maintenance.
- Support various short-term projects.
- Work cooperatively within a collaborative work environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or closely related field; Four-year degree preferred OR
- A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a business related environment, preferably involving AR or Collections. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a Two-year degree.
- Ability to read, write, interpret and analyze documents such as leases, contracts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to speak effectively to retailers.
- Good analytical skills to analyze and communicate financial impact of AR activity.
- The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics: attention to detail, team player, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, goal oriented and a self-starter.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Knowledge of a Yardi Commercial Property Management system and a CRM system is a plus.
