About Us:

Lone Star Neurology is a growing outpatient clinic with 13 locations in North Texas. Our Carrollton clinic has two providers, and training for this position would be in our Richardson clinic, located at Methodist Richardson. Because this is a smaller clinic, this position would involve both front desk reception and medical assisting. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Description:

• Check in/check out
• Collecting payments
• Outbound calls
• Verifying patient information
• Answering billing questions
• Scanning & processing documents
• Order processing
• Cross training to include checking vitals, rooming patients, etc.
