Mountainside Behavior Analysis Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to join our leadership team!
The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, a passion for mentorship, and a commitment to partnering with families. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight of individualized treatment programs while supporting and developing members of our clinical team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop, implement, and monitor ABA interventions.
- Review client data and progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to an assigned caseload of clients and staff.
- Mentor and support RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBA candidates, and BCBAs through supervision and feedback.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and treatment methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience providing supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance is preferred.
- Commitment to ethical practice, quality care, and positive outcomes for clients and families.
