Role Description:
This position will handle medical malpractice litigation, commercial litigation, and general litigation. The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as litigation knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling civil litigation matters
- Ability to handle court appearances and depositions with minimal supervision
- Strong research and writing skills
- Teamwork mentality
- Ability to think strategically and exhibit strong intellectual curiosity
- Must have an active South Carolina bar license.
