Job Title: Picker and Packer
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: Mon – Fri 6:00am – 2:30pm (hours may vary)
Location: Baytown, TX
Duration: Temporary/Temp to Hire

Job Description:
The Picker and Packer is responsible for efficiently loading and unloading 40-50 foot containers in a busy distribution center environment. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting. The work environment is not climate controlled, so the ability to work in varying temperatures is essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload 40-50 foot containers accurately and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and process orders according to quality and safety standards
  • Lift, carry, and move merchandise and materials as requiredpotentially up to 50 lbs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Capable of working in a non-climate-controlled environment (exposure to heat, cold, humidity, etc.)
  • Able to perform and remain focused until load is completed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations is preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
