• Solicitingreferrals
• Networkingthroughsocialmediaandevents
• Maintainingrelationshipswithdomainprofessionals
• Creatingandbuildingaprospectlist
• Createjobadsandpostavailablepositionsusingavarietyofmedia
• Successfullymatchavailabletalentwithopenpositionsbyaccumulatingandapplyingknowledgeofskillsetsandclientneeds
• Conductcandidatescreening,negotiatepayrate,andovercomecandidateobjections
• Advisecandidatesonthekeystoasuccessfulinterview,anddebriefwithcandidates,hiringmanagers,andclientservicesresourcestogatherfeedback
• Presentoffers
• Solicitreferrals,identifyadditionalbusinessopportunities,controlturnover,andensureclient/consultantsatisfactionbymaintainingstrongrelationships
• Conductreferencechecks
• Monitorandmaintainaccurateanddetailedrecordsofrecruitingandcandidate/accountactivitiesbyupdatingbusinesssystemsanddatabases
• Proactivelymarketcandidatesandgeneratesalesleadstosupportbusinessdevelopmentefforts

MinimumQualifications:

• 2+yearsofRecruitingexperiencewithinaStaffingAgency
• RecruitingexperiencesupportingFortune500companies
• Experiencerecruitingcreativeskillsets;bonusifyouhaverecruitedbothITandcreativeroles(UX/UI,Marketing,ContentStrategy,etc.)
