1099 Handyman / Residential Remodel Subcontractor

LBN Construction LLC is looking for two reliable, skilled 1099 Handyman/Residential Remodel Subcontractors to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up when they say they will, and can handle a variety of residential construction and repair tasks. This position can range from part-time to full-time, depending on availability and workload.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work will vary from job to job and may include:

• Basic electrical work
• Basic plumbing
• Drywall installation and repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Door and hardware installation
• Minor framing and repairs
• General home repairs and maintenance
• Remodeling and renovation work
• Other handyman and construction tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and dependable showing up on time is extremely important
• Previous handyman, remodeling, or residential construction experience
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Owns and maintains their own tools
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to job sites
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and the LBN Construction team
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Able to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions
• Must be comfortable performing a variety of tasks rather than specializing in just one trade

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a “jack-of-all-trades” type of person who can walk onto a job and confidently handle whatever needs to be done. You don’t have to be an expert in every trade, but you should have solid hands-on experience and be willing to tackle a variety of residential projects.
