Maintenance Mechanic

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting daily production operations.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production machinery, conveyors, pumps, air compressors, forklifts, and facility equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to quickly restore equipment operation.

• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and process improvement initiatives.

• Partner with production teams to support operational goals and maximize equipment uptime.

• Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety procedures.

• Work collaboratively with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to promote a safe and productive workplace.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience maintaining conveyors, pumps, compressors, motors, and other industrial equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.

• Trade school, technical certification, or related training preferred.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
