We're seeking an experienced Operations Foreman to lead field operations, production, and personnel while ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance across our operating areas.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations and ensure wells and production facilities are operated safely, efficiently, and reliably
- Supervise, direct, and support Lease Operators and other field personnel
- Plan daily work, assign routes, and prioritize operational and maintenance needs
- Monitor production, equipment performance, and field conditions to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
- Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with Maintenance and contractors
- Ensure wells, pumps, tanks, valves, and production equipment are properly operated and maintained
- Coordinate oil and water hauling, tank work, well servicing, and other field activities
- Ensure field personnel follow company procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct field inspections and provide coaching and direction to employees
- Train and develop Lease Operators and other field personnel
- Review daily production and operational data and communicate significant issues to Operations leadership
- Responsible for maintaining an efficient lease operating expense
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and field activity records
- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Land, and other departments to support field operations
- Assist with workovers, facility projects, construction, and other operational activities as needed
- Manage contractors and service providers working in the field
- Maintain positive relationships with landowners, vendors, and community stakeholders
- Participate in route reviews, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas production operations and equipment
- Knowledge of wells, pumps, tanks, valves, production facilities, and field maintenance
- Ability to read and understand production data and identify operational issues
- Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Work Environment
- Outdoor field work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exposure to hazardous equipment and H2S environments
- Working independently and leading field personnel across operating locations
- Frequent driving between wells, facilities, and field locations
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and respond to operational issues when needed
