Insurance Account Representative for Richard Cossio Agency, you’ll play a key role in our daily operationsand help customers succeed. You’ll grow the agency by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the right agency teams. Through proactive outreach and smart product recommendations, you’ll help improve customers’ protection and strengthen our business.

Responsibilities:
- Help customers with insurance product questions and coverage options
- Assist with new policy applications, changes, and renewals
- Follow up with leads and support sales through excellent customer service
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and account activity
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer-focused attitude
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Bilingual required (English/Spanish)
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Base compensation plus commissions and bonuses.
