Position: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
Pay: $14.00/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM
Location: Tupelo, MS

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $14.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Sew bedding components (covers, panels, borders) using industrial sewing equipment
• Follow work orders and specifications to ensure stitch quality and consistency
• Measure, align, and assemble materials accurately
• Inspect finished products for defects such as loose threads or missed seams
• Perform basic machine tasks like threading, needle changing, and minor adjustments

Qualifications

• Sewing experience required, especially in industrial or bedding sewing; open to candidates with strong sewing skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for early start times at 5:00 AM
