What You’ll Do
- Lead a team to completehigh-quality HVAC installations from start to finish
- Ensurezero-callback, right-the-first-time installs
- Train and mentorjunior installers and apprentices
- Deliver a5-star customer experience on every job
- Troubleshoot and solvecomplex install challenges
- Keep your truck, tools, and jobsorganized and dialed in
- Work closely withsales and operationsto execute at a high level

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years HVAC installation experience total
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
